Miyuki Chinone is a dedicated and caring real estate professional serving South Bay, Palos Verdes, and surrounding communities, specializing in residential, luxury, and Income/investment properties, representing both sellers and buyers. Having a great pleasure in working with clients with passion and detailed and quality service throughout transaction and beyond, Miyuki has been earning long lasting trust from her past and repeated clients.

 

She works with sellers and buyers with Honesty, Integrity, and Utmost Care which are her highest business motto. During negotiation process, Miyuki does the best to protect her clients and solves problems to ensure all parties are getting a fair deal based on Win-Win Philosophy.

She came to California from Tokyo, Japan, on a scholarship from Rotary Foundation of Rotary International in 1986 to attend a U.S. college after working for a Tokyo branch of a major American financial institution. She studied Business Management and upon completion of her education in California, she started to work for real estate and corporate attorneys who made her interested in real estate business. Miyuki is bilingual in English and Japanese.

 

Before entering to real estate industry as a real estate professional, she and her husband purchased and managed income properties as their side business.

 

Miyuki, a long-time resident of South Bay, is also very knowledgeable of the greater LA/OC region. Having lived and worked for many years both in metropolitan/Westside Los Angeles and in portions of Orange County, she brings a very diverse and wide knowledge of real estate in and around the LA/OC region.
